This policy describes how Diavigeo Consulting handles information collected through the Startup Security Readiness Scorecard.
What we collect
When you complete the scorecard we collect your answers, your email address, and any optional first name and company name you provide. We also record whether you consented to receive your results and whether you opted in to occasional security-readiness tips.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you a copy of your scored results. If you opted in to security-readiness tips, we may also send occasional informational emails. You can unsubscribe from those messages at any time using the link in the email.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or analytics beyond basic infrastructure logs.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored securely in our managed database. Access is restricted to authorized Diavigeo personnel for the purpose of preparing your results and follow-up.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your submission, request deletion, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting hello@diavigeo.com.
